In keeping with our international focus, GCA is proud to ship to many countries around the world. Customers should look into possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments, as GCA cannot be held responsible for any tax requirements imposed by governments. 2. Will you ever give my personal information to third parties? GCA wholeheartedly respects your privacy and thus will never release any personal information (including your home address, email address, and phone number) to any third party. 3. What if my order arrives damaged? In the event that your order should arrive damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund. You will need to return the damaged product to GCA at our expense. 4. If I return something, will the artists be forced to cover the cost of the items? Absolutely not. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is based on accepting full responsibility for any aspects of an order. As such, the financial burden for returns is placed solely on GCA shoulders -- leaving artists financially unaffected by product returns. 5. What is your policy on returns and exchanges? We allow customers to return products for any reason within 30 days of receipt. 6. How long will it take for me to receive my order? Typically, orders will arrive at UK destination addresses in 1 week. Orders to overseas destinations usually arrive in 2-3 weeks. 7. Will I be required to pay any import taxes or duties on the items I order? Orders being shipped to addresses outside of the country from which the item originates may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside of the country of the item's origin are encouraged to make enquiries with their local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes.
