Important Notes and Restrictions:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the GCA Head Office. No refunds or returns on custom orders. Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it. As a safeguard against potential abuse, Gold Coast Artists reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Please note a £10 fee (per package) will be assessed for shipments that are re-routed or returned to Gold Coast Artists by the carrier. This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped

Some items at Gold Coast Artists will ship directly to you from the Artists in Ghana. If we determine that we will not be able to deliver within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you by email (within one business day).
Gold Coast Artists ships to many international destinations. It is important to note that the customer is solely responsible for duties, tariffs and clearance fees for orders shipped outside the UK.

By cutting out the long strings of middlemen, Gold Coast Artists allows both consumers and artisans to get the most out of each and every transaction.
